The US class flat bogie wagon was first introduced by NZR in the late 1960s.
A very versatile wagon, there are many variations of the US class that have been introduced over the years:
USA - carbon dioxide wagon
USB - steel coil wagon
USC - cement wagon
USD - bulk lime/flour container wagon
USF - bulk flour container wagon
USJ - bulk flour container wagon
USK - container flat wagon
USM - steel billet wagon
USP - pulp wagon
USS - bulk sulphuric acid tanks
USQ - container flat wagon
USU - urea container wagon
USW - woodchip experimental wagon
The design is HO (1:87 scale).

HOnz: 187mm long x 29mm wide x 8mm high
