Merry Christmas - Meri Kirihimete!

It’s that time of year again!

Thank you to all our customers over the past 12 months. It’s been trying at times with printer issues and so on, but I believe 3 Foot 6 Models is offering a quality product and much better prices than Shapeways. In 2023 we have greatly expanded our range though, and it’s really pleasing to see more 3 Foot 6 Models turning up on layouts (and even TradeMe!) in many scales.

All orders placed in November have now been cleared, I will start back on the December orders in early January when I’m back on deck.

There’s a lot more to come in 2024:

• A number of models from Peter Bryant’s KiwiTrains collections still to be added to the store, mainly in NZ120

• Additional HOnz models are coming as promised - ZH, ZM, US and USL wagons, CB class coal hopper wagons, 47.5” carriages etc. Finally (when I find time) get the DSA shell to fit the Hornby TT:120 0-6-0 diesel chassis.

• The DM class project should be completed by Q1 2024.

• QR 1400 class likewise (this will be first order of business when I’m back from break!)

• In OO scale, 56ft carriages as requested.

Right now I’ve got two 8K 3D printers, depending on how orders go I may acquire a 3rd.
